We were very pleased with the work done by Herbert Shiflett Roofing . The work was completed in a timely manner, the staff was responsive and professional. I was impressed by the detail provided in the initial inspection /estimate, did not feel pressured , and had all of my questions and concerns addressed by management before signing the contract. Since we live in a historic district we had to rely on the company to deal with special permits and permissions, all of which were handled in a professional manner. We are pleased with the work, and our tin roof and chimney look great. Herbert was knowledgeable regarding the different types of roofing materials, and made sure that we knew what we were paying for. I felt that the price was fair, particularly after getting much less detailed estimates from several other companies. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing replacement or repair needs.
Herbert came out inspected my roof. I had wind damage that he helped me to get ny insurance company to pay for. He was back out on time a week later and completed my roof repair in about 2 hours. He came down and showed me before and after pictures of the roofing damages and the new materials he applied in place so the roof is now restored. Thank you Herbert Shiflett Roofing for the quality and quick turn around you provided. Will use again
Owner was honest fair and highly skilled at his job. Were loving our new roof and warranty. Was nervous about a big mess getting a new roof and all but after first workday my mind was at ease. Mr Shiflett made sure my property stayed clean the whole process.
